Read the glossary, EDRM TAR Guide overview, and the FAQ. Focus on recall, precision, richness, elusion, CAL, and validation.
1-2 hoursPractitioner: Build a workflow
Review the workflow summary, planning checklist, FRCP Rule 26/34 context, and key case themes before drafting a protocol.
2-4 hoursAdvanced: Validate and defend
Study Grossman/Cormack research, sampling concepts, elusion testing, and transparency disputes such as Rio Tinto, Hyles, Winfield, and Broiler Chicken.
4-6 hoursAI add-on: Govern generative AI safely
Map NIST AI RMF concepts to discovery tasks: summarization, issue coding, privilege review, prompt logs, human review, and output verification.
